Basically kill all the enemies, grab the artifact and run for the exit.
Orokin derelict void key drops mod#
Once completed a random corrupted mod will be the mission reward.Įxterminate tends to be pretty easy to run for this. This will change the enemies from Infested to Corrupted until the end of the mission. The team member with the right key opens the vault and grabs the "Artifact". The Vault will have a dragon key's symbol on it. Then we'll enter an Orokin Derelict (any non Assassinate/Defense works) and look for a Vault. Zorencopter negates Hobbled, Trinity negates Decaying/Bleeding, and Nova mitigates Extinguished. I don't know if one team member can hold all 4 keys but life would be pretty miserable for that person. They also need to be equipped like the codex and have a persistent debuff based on which key you're holding. The blueprints are on the market for credits and require a void key to be sacrificed (can these be traded?) to be built. The catch is we need everyone to hold a dragon key. I have a few void keys to sacrifice to the Derelict Gods and wouldn't mind hosting. Stuff like Fleeting Expertise, Narrow Minded, and Blind Rage are game changers in some frames. So I mentioned this last night but I know we have some folks that need to run Derelicts to get some corrupted mods. Not the best place to level sub-30 weapons, but it's not as difficult as your first attempts might suggest. Nightmare is scary at first, but you do one or two and it becomes as easy as a normal mission. If it's not no-shields, then you just laugh your way through it ezmode, sometimes with low-g awkwardness. If it's no-shields, I tend to grumble through it. The energy drain one is a bit more harsh, but the no-shields is definitely the worst of the bunch by a longshot. There's a time countdown too, also a joke. Life vampire causes your life to drop, but it makes you gain life-per-kill so it turns out to be a buff.

On alert nightmares, it's guaranteed, but on normal ones it's one of many.

The no-shields is just one of the random mods you can get. Either that or use that health regen aura and go slowly.

I guess I'll have to roll a Trinity before too long. OK, so higher levels, three times the damage, and you don't have shields. If you are running a solo ghost clan, the only real offender is Hema research, everything else is likely covered by the samples you'll get from farming out Octavia's part in ODS.Enemies have innate 3x damage buffs in Nightmare mode as well as higher levels. Mutagen samples are primarily for infested lab research, if you joined a pre-existing clan, odds are most of the research is already done, and you won't need many mutagen samples at all. Mutagen masses are primarily obtained from invasions, not derelict runs. Being able to carry all 4 keys on one frame was a concession made to solo players a few years ago.Īt any rate, your argument makes little sense.

Since you need one key of each type to guarantee being able to open the vault, it'd be sad times if you ended up with say 3 rhinos all with a bleeding key. The reason derelicts only allow premade parties is originally each player could only carry one dragon key.

That's a pretty massive leap in logic you made there. Originally posted by TheSkunkyMonk:Like I said pretty certain the design was done that way to try and get us to purchase mutagen mass/samples. For movement, just bullet jump and slide all along, don't bother to run/walk. Inaros properly modded cheese it to solo w all 4 keys. In the end, vault runs are easy enough for relatively new players in group and not so new to solo them. It's a VG and so you need those situations you described, including the key debuffs in this case. The rest of your complain reduces to get better at playing Warframe, as you cannot just put a mission w nothing else but a simple objective and ez pz circumstances. The corrupted mods for frames are all required for proper modding, and you will find the need for more than 1 copy of each to rank to different levels in order to manipulate effectively your frame builds (a must to manipulate efficiency percent). lets add the fact that kavat scannings are unrelated to vault runs except for the fact that it's at the same area of the game and makes your time running vaults more useful. The kavat scanning is not a 1 time thing, as you need quite some DNA's to make just 1 kavat, and some players are "professional breeders" who make plat out of good imprints. I swear people only run it twice in their lifetime, the first to clear all nodes for arbitrations, the second for scanning kavatsĪctually, people do vault runs often to skip buying corrupted mods on trade chat, or just to sell them to those who get tired of the grind or are in a hurry for an specific corrupted mod.
